The process begins when the client contacts us. In order to speed up the process, it is necessary to provide basic documentation, such as the nota simple. With this information, we prepare a detailed and non-binding estimate.
2. Approval and technical visit
After accepting the estimate and providing the property documents (nota simple and plans if available), a technician will visit the property to perform a complete analysis of all the parameters necessary for the appraisal.
3. Preparation of the report according to the ECO/805/2003 regulations
Once all the information has been compiled, we proceed to prepare the report in compliance with the requirements of the ECO/805/2003 regulation, which guarantees a detailed and structured analysis. This report includes:
